Fine Art Paper
It's important to understand details involving your purchase, so I have put together commonly asked questions, what I think you will find useful while making your buying decision. Incase you have more questions, please feel free to reach out.
What is Fine Art Paper?
Simply put Fine art paper is a high-quality paper used for printing professional photographs. It is different than standard paper in it's composition as well as it's use. While standard or normal paper is good for occasional viewing, fine art paper ensures that the images are shown in best light and they are meant to last. When exhibiting in art galleries and museums, professional artists and photographers go with these finest quality archival papers.
Unlike normal photo paper, fine art paper is not artificially bleached with chlorine and hence is acid free. This prevents them from yellowing and fading that comes with time due to acidic migration. It includes natural fibres such as cotton and alpha cellulose in its composition.
It receives inks and pigments better than standard paper and provides perfect support for images in terms of unsurpassed details, depth and richness of intense colors as well as grays.
There are many brands that make a range of smooth and textured fine art papers such as - Canson, Moab and Hahnemuhle.
What fine art papers am I using and why?
Fine art papers from Hahnemuhle and Moab brands are what I chose for my photography prints. Both these papers aren't glossy at all, so please bear that in mind. They are flat, so you will not see the sheen that sometimes we are used to when printing our images on standard gloss or semi-gloss papers.

Canvas Prints
Images are directly printed onto gallery quality canvas (also known as stretched canvas or gallery canvas wrap) with high quality archival inks and stretched over a 1.5" wooden frame. A satin finish water based coating is applied to prevent any damage from moisture, heat, scratches, UV damage and even finger prints. They are mirror edged in order to prevent image quality loss.
All canvas wraps come ready to hang.
What is Giclee' (pronounced zhee-clay) printing method?
Giclee' method provides better ink permanence and color accuracy than any other means of reproduction. Here, ink is sprayed using modern ink-jet technology onto Fine Art paper.
